Balsamic Flank Steak

1 lb Flank steak -- 650g trimmed
1/4 c Italian salad dressing
2 tbs Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Pepper

1. Combine steak, dressing, vinegar, and pepper in plastic food-storage bag. Secure with twist tie and marinate 10 minutes.

2. Preheat grill.

3. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any excess marinade.


4. Grill steak 6” from heat for 4 minutes each side for medium-rare or to
desired doneness.
