Broccoli and Bacon Salad

1 bunch broccoli -- cut small
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small red onion -- chopped fine
1 pound bacon -- fried crisp, set aside

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup artificial sweetener -- to taste
2 tablespoons vinegar

 

1. Combine and mix mayo, sweetener and vinegar, let stand 20 min. Mix again and pour over remaining ingredients.

 

2. Mix everything well and sprinkle bacon over top.
