CHEESE OMELET

Prep Time: 15 Min

    8 eggs                                                          

    1/2 cup water                                                  

    1/2 teaspoon salt                                              

    Dash pepper                                                    

    2 1/2 tablespoons  butter                          

    4 ounces (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese                     

 

1. In small bowl, combine eggs, water, salt and pepper; beat well. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-low heat; tilt pan to coat. Pour egg mixture into skillet; reduce heat to low.

 

2. Cook, without stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until set, lifting edges occasionally to allow uncooked egg mixture to flow underneath. Cook until top is set but still moist. Sprinkle with cheese. With pancake turner, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half.
