Meat Pandschab Style

2 lb round steak -- 1k
1 tbsp Curry Paste --   
6 oz. Coconut milk -- 285ml
1 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp olive oil

1.  Prepare Cut steak into 1/4-inch 6mm strips, then in cubes.

2.  Fry the onion and the curry paste in a pan, until the onion is glassy. Add the meat and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the creamed coconut and cook for another 15 minutes.
