5 lb. Beef Tenderloin, choice cut
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Green Peppercorns
1. Brush tenderloin with oil. Spread Dijon Mustard over entire surface of tenderloin. Sprinkle tenderloin with peppercorns.
2. Place tenderloin in roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 375º oven for one hour. Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
