Worcestershire Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup button mushrooms
8 oz. broccoli flowerets
8 oz. cauliflower flowerets
1 pinch garlic salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt & pepper -- to taste
1 cup beef broth -- or chicken
1/2 cup cream

Sauté beef until just cooked. Drain off fat. Combine liquids. Add beef and vegetables to casserole dish. Pour in liquids and cook at 350°F for 15-25 minutes.
