Mushroom Soup

2 cans beef broth  
1/4 cup onion (1 1/4 ounces)
8-12 ounces fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
Butter
1/2 cup cream

1. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add the broth; bring to a boil.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the cream.
