3 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 pound sausage
1 scoop Soy protein isolate
1 teaspoon parsley -- flakes
1. Preheat oven to350°F.
2. Wrap sausage around each egg so that it is coated completely. Depending on the size of your eggs, you may use more or less than the 1/2 lb. for the total recipe. Roll in soy protein isolate lightly.
3. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until sausage is cooked.
